# Acceptable Use Policy
Use Leama for legitimate B2B research and prospecting. Do not use it to evade rights, safety controls, or communication rules.

## You may not use Leama to
- Break applicable law, contractual restrictions, or third-party platform rules.
- Target people based on sensitive personal data or make unlawful high-impact decisions.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, discriminate, or facilitate fraud.
- Send unlawful or indiscriminate bulk communications or bypass opt-outs and suppression lists.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or access systems or data without authorization.
- Upload malware, credentials, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
- Resell raw access, share accounts improperly, or use automated means to defeat plan or safety limits.
## Enforcement
Prospactive B.V. may investigate suspected misuse, limit or suspend affected access, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Where appropriate, users will receive notice and a chance to correct the issue.
## Report misuse
Send a concise report with relevant URLs, dates, and account or record references to jessy@prospactive.nl. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
