# Account security
Your email account and active Leama sessions are part of the security boundary.
## Protect access
- Use a unique password or supported identity-provider protection.
- Enable multi-factor authentication where the account controls offer it.
- Do not share sign-in codes or credentials.
- Remove users and connected services that no longer need access.
- Review unusual account, billing, or integration activity.
## If access looks suspicious
Secure the email account first, change affected credentials, end sessions where possible, disconnect unknown integrations, and contact jessy@prospactive.nl with the time and activity observed.
