# Review contact data and verification
Distinguish company facts, contact fields, qualification reasoning, and data that still needs human confirmation.
## When to use this
Use this process before contacting a prospect, importing records, or reporting a correction.
## Requirements and availability
- Public information can be incomplete or outdated.
- A missing field stays missing; do not substitute a company switchboard for a person's direct mobile.
- Why they match and Suggested first angle are generated context requiring review.
## How to do it
- Open the prospect drawer.
- Confirm company name, domain, and website identify the intended business.
- Confirm the person still works there and the title is current.
- Review email, phone, and social links individually.
- Compare Why they match with current public evidence.
- Stop using a wrong field and submit a correction.
## Fields and controls

  Opens the company site.
  Email / copy
  Opens or copies the email present.
  Phone / copy
  Opens or copies the phone present.
  Public profile links
  Open the available profile URL.
## What happens next
You can identify observed values, generated qualification context, and missing data before use.
## States you may see
- **State**
- **Meaning**
  Available
  A value is present but still needs currentness review.
  Missing
  No value is available and none should be inferred.
  Staged
  Qualified but delivery is incomplete.
## Credits and usage
Review does not use credits. Phone number as an Extra requirement adds 1 credit per delivered prospect in future runs.
