# Filter, search, and sort prospects
Narrow the list by text, profile, Agent worker, run, date, score, and delivery state.
## When to use this
Use filters to isolate a run or profile, build a review queue, or choose export records.
## Requirements and availability
- Filters control the list query; selected rows are a separate export choice.
## How to do it
- Open Prospects .
- Enter visible company, contact, email, or domain text in Search prospects.
- Choose Profile, Agent, Run, date range, Score, or Delivery.
- Select a column heading when sorting is available.
- Use Clear filters when needed.
- Choose 25, 50, 75, or 100 rows per page.
## Fields and controls
- **Control**
- **What it does**
  Profile
  Prospects associated with one profile.
  Agent
  Prospects from one visible worker.
  Run
  Prospects from one run.
  Score
  Minimum 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+, or 90+.
  Delivery
  Delivered or Staged.
  Rows per page
  25, 50, 75, or 100.
## What happens next
The table and count update. Empty copy identifies search no-match versus filter no-match.
## States you may see
- **State**
- **Meaning**
  Active filters
  A filter count is shown.
  No matches for search
  No loaded record contains the text.
  No rows match these filters
  Data exists, but controls exclude it.
## Credits and usage
Filtering and sorting do not use credits.
## Common problems
- **Problem**
- **What to check**
  An option is missing
  Options are based on customer-visible records available to the page.
  A selected row is off-page
  Selection can persist; review the selected count before export.
