Read outreach performance in context and use it to improve targeting, messages, and sender health.
Outreach analytics help you see what happened after qualified prospects entered a campaign. Use the page to find patterns, not to chase one number in isolation.
## Read the funnel in order
- Start with campaign and inbox delivery health. A sending problem makes later engagement numbers hard to interpret.
- Compare replies with the target profile and message used. Relevance often matters more than raw volume.
- Review positive, negative and corrective responses separately so useful feedback is not hidden inside an average.
## Improve one variable at a time
When performance changes, adjust one meaningful input — targeting, offer, sequence or sender setup — and compare the next period. Changing everything at once makes the result difficult to learn from.
