# Set up sending domains and email accounts
Create or connect sending accounts, review inbox health, and keep campaigns within live account capacity.
## When to use this
Use Email accounts before launch or when a campaign reports that no sending account is live.
## Requirements and availability
- A paid Outreach plan is required before paid sending-domain setup is confirmed.
- The setup supports up to four inboxes per domain.
- Review the monthly inbox charge before confirmation.
## How to do it
- Open Email accounts .
- Connect the supported sending service when shown, or select Set up sending domains.
- Enter the source domain and review available suggestions.
- Add sender first name, last name, and inbox names; remove unintended senders.
- Review monthly pricing and confirm only when the count is correct.
- Wait for domain and inbox health before campaign assignment.

  Starts guided domain and inbox setup.
  Add another domain
  Adds a candidate for availability checking.
  Sender first name / last name
  Defines sender identity.
  Inbox name
  Defines the local part of the address.
  Connected accounts
  Shows accounts available to campaigns.
## What happens next
Created or connected inboxes appear with health detail. Campaigns can use only live connected accounts.
## States you may see
- **State**
- **Meaning**
  Checking availability
  Domain options are being checked.
  Taken
  The proposed domain is unavailable.
  Connected
  The account connection is available.
  No sending accounts yet
  No live inbox can be assigned.
## Credits and usage
Sending inboxes are billed monthly at the amount shown in setup and Billing, separate from prospecting credits.
## Common problems

- **What to check**
  Every domain is taken
  Enter another candidate and check again.
  A campaign says no account is live
  Use the current health detail on Email accounts.
