# Inboxes
Connect sending inboxes, understand their status, and keep campaign delivery healthy.
The Inboxes page is where you manage the accounts used by outreach campaigns. Each inbox keeps its own connection and health state so a problem with one sender is visible before it affects the rest.
## What to check
- The inbox is connected and does not show a reconnect or attention state.
- The sender name and signature match the person responsible for replies.
- The account is ready for the volume assigned to it; do not increase volume to work around a quality problem.
## Using more than one inbox
Multiple inboxes can support separate senders or campaigns. Keep ownership clear and check each inbox individually instead of treating the combined total as a single healthy sender.
