# Privacy requests and prospect corrections
Send requests to jessy@prospactive.nl with enough information to locate the relevant record.
## Include
- Your name and a contact email.
- The company, role, profile URL, or record reference involved.
- Whether you request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
- The specific information you believe is incorrect and, if available, a supporting public source.
## What happens next
Prospactive B.V. may ask for identity verification, locate the relevant data, assess the request under applicable law, and respond within the legally required period. Some data may be retained where the law requires it or to maintain a suppression record.
