# Manage team, appearance, and referrals
Invite workspace members, choose a theme, and use the referral card from Settings.

## When to use this

Use these sections to share access, change theme, or copy and monitor the referral link.

## Requirements and availability

- Members can run the Agent, edit profiles, and manage Outreach; only the owner can change billing.
- Malformed and duplicate invite addresses are rejected.
- The current workspace limit is five people in total: the owner plus up to four active or invited members, on Free, Grow, and Scale.

## How to do it

1. Open [Team](https://app.leama.ai/settings/team), enter a colleague email, and select Send invite.
2. Use Resend, Cancel invite, or Remove as needed and confirm destructive actions.
3. Open [Appearance](https://app.leama.ai/settings/appearance) and choose Light, Dark, or System.
4. Open [Referrals](https://app.leama.ai/settings/referrals) to copy the URL and review observed statistics.

## Fields and controls

| Control | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Send invite | Sends an invitation when available and valid. |
| Resend | Sends a pending invitation again. |
| Cancel invite / Remove | Ends pending or active non-owner access. |
| Light / Dark / System | Sets a fixed theme or follows the device. |
| Referral link | Shows the workspace URL and observed visits, sign-ups, first runs, rewards, or bonus prospects. |

## What happens next

Rows show Owner, Member, or Invited. Theme changes immediately. Referral values are observed, not estimated.

## States you may see

| State | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Can manage plan and billing. |
| Member | Can use product workflows without billing-owner actions. |
| Invited | Invitation is not active membership yet. |
| Seats full | No new invite can be sent until capacity changes. |

## Credits and usage

These actions do not use credits. Earned bonus prospects, when present, appear in referral and credit state.

## Common problems

| Problem | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| Invite not sent | Read the inline message; Leama does not claim success when invitations are unavailable. |
| System theme is unexpected | System follows current device appearance. |
