# Troubleshoot delivery and Outreach
Trace a missing delivery or send through connection, workflow, endpoint history, blockers, and inbox health.
## When to use this
Use this when an accepted prospect is visible in Leama but missing elsewhere, or a campaign cannot launch or send.
## Requirements and availability
- Start from the exact prospect, workflow, endpoint, or campaign; Connected alone is not proof of an individual delivery.
## How to do it
- Confirm the prospect is Delivered or Staged.
- Verify the destination is Connected rather than Reconnect needed, Error, Pending, or Disconnected.
- Verify the correct profile, destination order, and Active workflow.
- For webhooks, inspect History, HTTP status, retry state, and safe response excerpt.
- For Outreach, resolve the blocker and review sender health, score, verification, suppression, stop, and schedule rules.
- Use Retry now only for a retryable webhook attempt.

  Restores invalid authorization.

  Stops or resumes future routing.

  Provides per-attempt webhook evidence.
  Retry now
  Retries the same event identity.
  Launch blocker fix
  Opens the missing prerequisite.
## What happens next
State changes only after an action succeeds. Keep the in-app prospect as the review point while another destination is repaired.
## States you may see
- **State**
- **Meaning**
  Staged
  Qualification is stored but delivery is incomplete.
  Retry scheduled
  A webhook has a future automatic attempt.
  Entitlement disabled
  The plan or add-on does not allow the destination.
  Launch blocked
  A campaign prerequisite is missing.
  No sending accounts yet
  No live account can send.
## Credits and usage
Delivery retries use no additional credit. Starting a new run does, so do not use a run as a delivery retry.

  Contact support with prospect, destination, time, and visible state; never include secrets.
