# Troubleshoot sign-in and page loading
Recover from the wrong sign-in path, an expired handoff, or a customer page that could not load.
## When to use this
Use this when Leama requests a different sign-in method, a link expired, or a page shows Couldn't load.
## Requirements and availability
- Keep access to the account email and use the sign-in method associated with the account.
## How to do it
- If the account was created with ClickUp, choose Continue with ClickUp or the offered email-login setup.
- For password recovery, use the account email, reset code, and a new password.
- For an expired profile handoff, restart the approval flow that created it.
- For a load error, select Try again once or reload.
- If the same safe error repeats, contact support with page, time, and message.

  Uses the ClickUp-linked path.
  Set up email login
  Verifies the email before saving a password.
  Reset your password
  Sends a reset code.
  Try again
  Repeats the page read; nothing is claimed changed.
## What happens next
Successful sign-in returns to the intended page. Successful retry replaces the error with workspace data.
## States you may see
- **State**
- **Meaning**
  Link no longer valid
  The handoff must be recreated.
  Couldn't load
  The page could not read the workspace.
  Signed out
  Authentication is required again.
## Credits and usage
Sign-in and page retries do not use credits.
## Common problems
- **Problem**
- **What to check**
  The reset code is rejected
  Use the newest code for the exact account email.
  A page repeatedly fails
  Contact support with the safe message, never a password or code.
