# Troubleshooting a prospecting run
What to check when a run will not start, stops early, or returns fewer prospects than you asked for.
Most run problems fall into three groups: the run never started, it stopped earlier than expected, or it finished with fewer prospects than you asked for. Work through the group that matches what you are seeing.
## The run will not start
- Setup required means something in the workspace still has to be finished. The Overview page names the outstanding step and links straight to it.
- If the agent reports it is not ready, check that the profile has a targeting description saved. The agent will not run against an empty brief.
- Quota reached or Monthly limit reached means your plan's credits for the period are used up. Credits reset each month, or you can top up.
- A profile limit message means your plan's number of target profiles is already in use. Remove one, or add capacity.
## The run stopped early
Stopped (low yield) means the agent was no longer finding companies that met your rules and stopped rather than keep spending credits. This is deliberate behaviour, not a fault.
Cancelled means the run was stopped from the Agent page. Prospects accepted before it stopped are kept.
## Fewer prospects than requested
Runs shown as Partial or No prospects completed normally but ran out of matching companies. Change one thing at a time and run again:
- Relax the hard requirements first. Requirements are pass-or-fail and stack, so several together can shrink the pool sharply.
- Lower the qualification threshold a step.
- Widen the geography or the industry in the profile.
- Re-read the description — a brief written for one very specific company will match very few others.
## Prospects are not reaching my CRM
- Check the connection status on Integrations. Reconnect needed means the authorisation expired and delivery is paused until you reconnect.
- For ClickUp, confirm a workspace is selected and the CRM has been synced. If a sync failed, use the retry — the connection itself does not need remaking.
- If more than one template location is found, ClickUp asks you to choose which one to use before it can finish.
- Check that the delivery workflow is enabled. A paused workflow keeps its settings and delivers nothing.
- For webhooks, open the endpoint's History to see whether deliveries were attempted and what came back.
Prospects always remain on the Prospects page regardless of delivery problems, so nothing is lost while you fix a connection.
## A page will not load
When a page cannot reach the workspace it says so and offers Try again. These messages confirm that nothing has been changed — a failed load is a read problem, not a data one.
