# Understanding the workspace
What each page in the left navigation is for, and when you need it.
The left navigation is split into two groups. Workspace holds the pages you use while prospecting. Account holds everything you set once and rarely change.
## Workspace
- **Page**
- **What it is for**
  Overview
The current state of your workspace: latest batch, capacity remaining, next scheduled run, and the one setup step worth doing next.
  Agent
Start a run, stop a run, and manage workers that run on a schedule.
  Prospects
Every prospect the agent has accepted, filterable across runs, profiles and batches.
  Profiles
The targeting profiles that tell the agent who to look for and how strictly to qualify them.
  Runs
The history of every run, with status and event logs.
## Account
  Integrations
Connect a CRM so accepted prospects are delivered there.
  Plans
Compare plans, change plan, and see add-ons.
  Settings
Your account details, theme, plan summary and referral link.
## Utility controls
Below the navigation you will find the theme switch, Settings, feedback, and the control that collapses the sidebar to an icon rail. The Help Center opens from the same group.
