# Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Prospactive B.V., the operator of Leama, handles personal data. It replaces prior imported placeholder copy.

## 1. Controller and contact
Prospactive B.V. is the controller for the Leama website, accounts, support, billing administration, and its own service operations. Registered office: Middelerf 8b, 3851 SP Ermelo, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: 89103548.

## 2. Data we process
- Account and profile data, such as name, work email, organization, authentication identifiers, preferences, and plan details.
- Prospecting inputs, including ideal-customer criteria, exclusions, locations, roles, connected-workspace settings, and run instructions.
- Prospect records assembled for the service, which may include business identity, role, company, public professional information, contact details, source context, qualification notes, and corrections.
- Usage and technical data, including page and feature activity, IP address, device and browser data, timestamps, logs, and error information.
- Support, form, billing, and transaction administration data. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Leama.
## 3. Sources
Data comes from you, authorized users, connected services, service providers, and public or commercially licensed business sources used for prospect research. Public availability does not remove the need for lawful and proportionate use.
## 4. Purposes and legal bases
- Perform the service and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service based on legitimate interests.
- Administer billing, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Respond to support, privacy, and security requests.
- Send service communications and, where permitted, product communications; consent can be withdrawn where consent is the basis.
## 5. Sharing and service providers
Personal data is shared only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, AI-processing, and customer-selected integration providers. Current service-provider details are available from us on request. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
## 6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Prospactive B.V. relies on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
## 7. Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and account state. Deletion requests may be limited where continued retention is legally required.
## 8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
## 9. Security and automated assistance
Leama uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. AI-assisted processing may support research, qualification, or content preparation, but customers should review prospect records before using them for outreach.
## 10. Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, Prospactive B.V. will provide it through an appropriate channel.
