When to use this

Use Agent analytics to compare outcomes over 7, 30, or 90 days before changing targeting or Effort.

Metrics use runs in the selected range and displayed time zone; no-data values are not estimated.

Open Analytics.
Choose 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
Select All profiles or specific profiles.
Read delivered prospects, credits used, credits per prospect, and average delivery time.
Compare success rate, target hit rate, delivery rate, and profile rows.

Credits per prospect	Credits divided by delivered records when possible.

The summary and comparison rebuild when range or profile selection changes.

Customer-visible states

Viewing analytics does not use credits. Credits used is historical, not a new charge.
