Export prospects to CSV

Download the current loaded page or the exact selected records without changing delivery state.

When to use this

Use CSV for manual analysis or handoff when a delivery workflow is not the right destination.

Requirements and availability

  • Grow and Scale include CSV export.
  • Free can add CSV export for $2.50 per month.
  • No selection exports the loaded page; selection exports selected records across pages.

How to do it

  1. Open Prospects.
  2. Apply filters and choose rows per page.
  3. Leave checkboxes clear for the loaded page, or select exact records.
  4. Select Export CSV or Export N selected.
  5. Confirm the downloaded prospects-YYYY-MM-DD.csv before sharing it.

What happens next

The browser downloads a dated CSV. Export does not enroll records in Outreach or change another destination.

Credits and usage

Exporting does not use credits. The Free CSV add-on is a recurring $2.50 monthly charge.
