Set up your Prospecting Agent
Choose a saved profile, confirm readiness, and start a manual run from the Agent page.
When to use this
Use Agent to see delivery readiness, start or stop work, and manage recurring or trigger-based workers.
Requirements and availability
- At least one complete target profile.
- Available credits for the requested run and Effort budget.
- Complete any delivery setup named by the Agent status.
How to do it
- Open Agent.
- Read the delivery status and resolve Setup required or Resync needed.
- Choose the target profile or worker.
- If a starter batch is active, follow its automatic schedule; ClickUp is optional. Otherwise select Run agent, Run now, or Run another ICP when available.
- Use Runs for the full history and event timeline.
Fields and controls

What happens next
The button acknowledges an available manual request, then Agent and Runs show Queued or Running. Eligible Free starter accounts instead receive automatic batches without requiring ClickUp. A failed or incomplete run needs attention before the schedule can continue. A completed starter day is not the same as the 200-prospect starter total being complete.
States you may see

| Connected / Ready | The Agent can accept a run request. |
| Sync required / Resync needed | Refresh the delivery structure before continuing. |
| Running / Scheduled | Work is active now or has a future cadence. |
| Sync failed | Use the retry shown for the sync step. |
| Quota reached | No further run can start with current capacity. |
Credits and usage
Credits are reserved and consumed according to Effort and requirements; unused reservations are released.
Common problems

| Run blocked | Read the exact message, then check profile completeness, setup, and credits. |
| Resync keeps failing | Retry once, then contact support with the time and safe status shown. |
