Review prospects

Inspect companies, contacts, fit evidence, delivery state, and the suggested first angle.

When to use this

Use Prospects to review accepted records before export, delivery, or Outreach enrollment.

Requirements and availability

  • Free starter accounts can review saved records here, even without a connected CRM. ClickUp is an optional external destination.
  • A missing contact method stays missing; do not infer one.
  • Human review remains necessary before outreach.

How to do it

  1. Open Prospects.
  2. Search or filter the saved prospects. If a record is missing, check the run details and clear any filters.
  3. Select a row or View details.
  4. Review Contact, Why they match, Suggested first angle, Score, Delivery, Run / batch, and Targeting profile.
  5. Use Visit website and public profile links to verify current information.
