Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Use the production billing portal for the current subscription state. Do not send full card details through support.
Manage a subscription
- Open the account billing controls and review the active plan, renewal date, usage, and invoices.
- Use the billing portal to change or cancel the subscription.
- Confirm the effective date shown before closing the portal.
Refund questions
Refunds follow the order, mandatory law, and the Terms of Service. Contact support with the account email and invoice or payment reference.
Unrecognized charge
Contact support promptly with the date, amount, currency, and invoice reference. Never send the full card number or security code.
