Understand run history
Filter run history, compare requested and delivered counts, and open the event timeline.
When to use this
Use Runs to answer when work started, which profile it used, how many records it delivered, and why it ended.
Requirements and availability
- History is read-only; changing a profile does not rewrite past runs.
How to do it
- Open Runs.
- Filter by status, profile, date range, or search.
- Compare the delivered count with the requested target and read the outcome; a completed day of a starter schedule does not mean the full starter offer has finished.
- Select a row to open details and events.
- Use the run context to review associated records in ClickUp or, when enabled for the account, in Prospects.
Fields and controls

What happens next
Queued, Running, Completed, Failed, Blocked, Cancelled, Stopped (low yield), and Setup required describe run execution. Delivered, Partial, and No prospects describe the result count. Not started, Didn't finish, and Homepage pending are screen labels about missing start/completion or a pending homepage handoff; none proves that a destination received a record. Active rows refresh.
States you may see
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Delivered | The run's delivery count reached its requested count; verify external arrival from the individual destination record or receipt. |
| Partial | Completed with at least one but fewer than requested. |
| No prospects | Completed with zero delivered. |
| Not started | The run was not picked up. |
| Didn't finish | It ended without a completed timestamp. |
| Homepage pending | A homepage handoff or its first run is still pending; check Agent setup and the event timeline before treating it as complete. |
Credits and usage
Viewing history does not use credits; displayed credit use belongs to the original run.
Common problems

| An active row appears unchanged | Wait for the periodic refresh or reopen after a load error. |
| A deleted profile name is missing | History remains, but current profile detail no longer exists. |
