Connect and sync ClickUp delivery
Authorize a ClickUp workspace, choose the template location when needed, and verify sync before running.
When to use this
Use this when Agent or Integrations says connection, workspace selection, template sync, or resync is required.
Requirements and availability
- A ClickUp account with permission to approve the connection and access the intended workspace.
- ClickUp template installation, OAuth authorization, and delivery sync are separate steps. Free includes the ClickUp route; other native CRMs may require a paid plan.
How to do it
- Install the free ClickUp CRM template if the Integrations card opens its external template page.
- Use Connect ClickUp from Agent or Prospects to begin authorization; the external template page alone does not connect Leama.
- Approve access and return to Leama.
- Choose the workspace and template location when more than one appears.
- Run sync and wait for ClickUp template ready or Connected.
- For Resync needed or Sync failed, use the visible retry before another run.

What happens next
Agent shows ClickUp as ready for optional CRM delivery after sync. An eligible 200-prospect starter account can continue automatically without ClickUp. A saved record in Prospects proves it reached Leama; a destination receipt proves ClickUp arrival.
States you may see

Credits and usage
Connecting and syncing do not use credits. Runs use credits according to profile settings.
