Delivery settings and webhooks

Choose where accepted prospects go, and send them to your own endpoint.

Delivery settings control what happens to a prospect once it has been accepted. A delivery workflow pairs a target profile with one or more destinations.

Destinations

  • In-app prospects — always available, on every plan. This is the Prospects page.
  • A connected CRM, such as ClickUp.
  • One or more webhook endpoints you control.

A workflow can be paused. A paused workflow keeps its destination settings and simply stops delivering.

Outbound webhooks

Every accepted prospect can be sent to an HTTPS endpoint as a signed, versioned event. Create an endpoint with a name and an HTTPS URL, then enable it.

Verifying and debugging an endpoint

  • Test sends a delivery so you can confirm the endpoint accepts it.
  • History shows recent deliveries and their outcome.
  • Retry now re-sends a delivery that did not succeed.
  • Rotate secret issues a new signing secret and invalidates the old one.

A paused endpoint keeps its history and receives no new events.
